It's important for you to have an Address Bundle and a Regulatory Bundle for the purpose of ensuring compliance with local phone number regulations and reducing the risk of interference in your phone system. The platform we're built on keeps a current guide on phone number rules for every country and for all UK local, mobile or toll-free numbers, it is now mandatory to have an Address Bundle, as well as a Regulatory Bundle. If you've purchased a phone number in the past before this was mandatory, please be aware that you will need to create a Regulatory bundle to continue using that number.

You will need to create an Address bundle first followed by a Regulatory bundle. Once you've created these and they have been approved, you can they buy a number on your account. If you've created the Regulatory Bundle for a number that you've already purchased, once the bundle has been approved you can head back into phone numbers and click on the 3 dots next to the number you're adding a bundle to and go into 'Edit Configurations' and select the Regulatory Bundle.
