GenieAI is an all-in-one business growth and customer management platform that helps you capture leads, follow up with customers, manage conversations, send marketing campaigns, build funnels, take payments, automate tasks and keep everything in one place.

Instead of using lots of separate tools for email marketing, landing pages, forms, bookings, reviews, customer messages and sales tracking, GenieAI brings those key features together inside one system.

It is designed for business owners who want to save time, follow up faster and have a clearer view of what is happening with their leads and customers.

GenieAI is built for business owners who want a simpler way to manage leads, customers, marketing and follow-ups.

It is especially useful if you currently have enquiries coming in from different places such as your website, Facebook, Instagram, email, phone calls, forms or ads and you want one central place to manage them.

It can work well for service-based businesses, local businesses, consultants, trades, clinics, agencies, coaches, membership businesses and anyone who wants a more organised way to manage customer relationships.

Most businesses lose time and opportunities because their customer journey is spread across too many places.

Leads come in through forms, emails, social media messages, phone calls and adverts. Follow-ups get missed. Customer details end up in spreadsheets. Teams do not always know who has replied or what stage a lead is at.

GenieAI helps fix this by giving you one place to capture enquiries, store contacts, manage conversations, track opportunities and automate follow-up actions.

Depending on how your business works, GenieAI may be able to replace or reduce the need for several separate tools.

For example, it can help with CRM, email marketing, SMS marketing, landing pages, funnels, forms, calendars, appointment reminders, review requests, pipelines, workflows, basic website pages, online payments, social scheduling and customer conversations.

Some businesses may still keep specialist tools for certain tasks, but GenieAI can reduce the number of platforms you need day to day.

GenieAI is designed to be practical and business-friendly, but like any powerful system there is a learning curve at the beginning.

Once your account is set up properly, the main areas you’ll likely use most are contacts, conversations, calendars, opportunities, forms, automations and campaigns.

The aim is not for you to become a software expert. The aim is to give you a clear system that helps you manage your leads and customers more consistently.

Yes. Onboarding is there to help you get the initial bits of your GenieAI account configured like your company details and show you how to speak with support so you are not left trying to figure everything out on your own, they will give you access to our training platform so you can learn how to use GenieAI properly and understand the main areas of the system at your own pace.

Depending on your package, our Implementation Team may also help get parts of your account set up for you. This can include things like your calendars, forms, pipelines, automations, landing pages, email setup and phone setup.

No, you do not need to be technical to use GenieAI just have a willingness to learn.

GenieAI is designed so business owners and their teams can use the main features without needing coding knowledge or technical experience. You will need to spend a bit of time learning where everything lives and how the key areas work, but you’ll have access to our training platform, extensive knowledgebase and support team to help you along the way.

For more specific training, or if you need help with more advanced builds such as complex automations, integrations or custom setups, you may want to use our Implementation service. Costs are detailed in section 2.1.

Once you join GenieAI, you’ll be given access to the platform along with the relevant training and support resources for your package.

The first step is usually getting the key foundations in place, such as your business details, users, email sending setup, phone number if needed, calendar settings, forms, pipelines and any initial pages or workflows that are included in your setup.

You do not need to have everything built perfectly on day one. GenieAI is something you can grow into over time, starting with the core tools you need most and then adding more features as you get more confident.

To get the most from GenieAI, it helps to have a few things ready before setup begins.

This may include access to your domain provider, your business logo, brand colours, images, review link, website login if relevant, Facebook or Instagram access if you want social integrations, Google Business Profile access if you want to connect reviews or messaging and any existing customer lists you want to import.

If you want to use email sending, you’ll also need access to your domain settings so the email subdomain can be verified. If you want to use SMS or phone features, you’ll need to complete the required phone number setup inside GenieAI.

No. You do not need to use every GenieAI feature straight away.

Most businesses are better starting with the essentials first, such as contacts, forms, conversations, calendar bookings, email setup, SMS setup if needed and a simple follow-up process.

Once those foundations are working, you can then build out more advanced features such as funnels, automations, review requests, AI tools, integrations, payments and reporting.

This makes GenieAI much easier to learn because you are not trying to switch everything on at the same time.

After onboarding, you’ll still have access to support, training and resources to help you continue using GenieAI with confidence.

Your package will detail the level of support included, and we also offer tiered support options if you’d like a higher level of help. If you decide you need more support, you can reach out to us and we’ll talk you through the available upgrade options.

Our support team is available 7 days a week, 9am to 5pm, so you can get help with questions, guidance and troubleshooting as you continue using the system.

For more advanced setup work, custom builds, complex automations or integrations, these may sit outside standard support and may require our Implementation service. This helps make sure everyday support stays focused while bigger setup work is handled through the right route.

Once you sign up to GenieAI, you’ll be given access to our Knowledge Base. This is where you can browse help guides, training resources and submit a support ticket if you need help from our team.

When raising a ticket, you’ll be able to choose the type of support you need. Depending on your query and package, you may be given options such as email support, a phone call or a Zoom call.

If you choose a phone call, our team will let you know when we’re able to call you back. If you choose a Zoom call, you’ll be prompted to book a time that works for you.

Email support is also available if you would rather send the details over in writing. This is often the best option if you need to include screenshots, examples or a clear explanation of what you’re trying to do.

Our support team can help in a few different ways. We may point you to the right area of the Knowledge Base, explain the steps you need to follow, check something inside your account or record a personalised Loom video showing you exactly how to do what you need.

This means you’re not left on your own after signing up. You’ll have access to training, guides and support so you can continue learning GenieAI and get help when you need it.

No platform can guarantee leads or sales on its own.

GenieAI gives you the tools to capture enquiries, follow up faster, manage leads, send campaigns, automate customer journeys and track your sales process more clearly. However, your results will still depend on your offer, audience, marketing activity, list quality, follow-up, website traffic and how consistently you use the system.

Used properly, GenieAI can make your marketing and follow-up much stronger, but it works best when it is paired with a clear business strategy and regular use.

If you get stuck, you can use the training platform, knowledgebase and support options available with your package.

The best thing to do is include as much detail as possible when asking for help, such as what you are trying to do, where you are in the platform, what you expected to happen and any screenshots or examples that show the issue.

This helps the support team understand the problem faster and point you in the right direction.

GenieAI includes a monthly $30 usage allowance, which covers many everyday features for most businesses.

Some features are usage-based, so extra charges can apply depending on what you use. This can include things like SMS messages, calls, email sending, email verification, premium workflow actions, AI tools, WhatsApp and some optional add-ons.

You’ll only be charged based on your actual usage, you can view your usage and charges at any time inside your GenieAI billing area. For a full breakdown of current usage-based costs and optional add-ons, please see our GenieAI Usage Costs guide here: GenieAI Usage

This gives a clearer view of what may be included, what may be chargeable and how usage can vary depending on how your business uses GenieAI.

We also offer our Implementation Service, our team are able to help you with complex builds and training. This service is charged at £50 per hour.

No.

We know this is how most CRM-type systems charge but we think it is fundamentally unfair so your GenieAI subscription will be the same whether you have 100 or 100,000 contacts.

You may, however, be charged additional sums based on your USAGE of the system although we expect the standard subscription to include enough ‘usage’ for the vast majority of customers.

No.

If you’re already using marketing software in your business, there’s a good chance GenieAI could help you bring several of those tools into one place.

GenieAI is designed as an all-in-one business growth platform, so depending on what you currently use, it may help reduce the need for separate subscriptions and make it easier to manage everything from one system.

GenieAI includes tools for:

  • CRM and contact management
  • Email marketing
  • Pipeline and sales opportunity tracking
  • Sales funnels and landing pages
  • Website pages
  • Forms and surveys
  • 2-way SMS messaging
  • Calendar bookings and appointments
  • Membership areas and course hosting
  • Call tracking and reporting
  • Reputation and review management

Every business is different, so it’s always worth checking which tools you currently pay for and whether GenieAI can replace them fully before cancelling anything.

For many businesses, the aim is to save time, reduce the number of separate platforms they’re using and potentially lower monthly software costs by keeping more of their marketing, sales and customer follow-up in one place.

Our terms and conditions can be seen here: https://entrepreneurscircle.org/genieai/terms/

A CRM is a customer relationship management system.

In simple terms, it is where your contacts, leads, customers, conversations, notes, appointments and sales opportunities live.

Instead of having customer information scattered across your inbox, phone, spreadsheets and notebooks, GenieAI gives you one central place to manage it.

Yes. GenieAI lets you store your contacts in one place, including key details like name, email address, phone number, tags, custom fields, notes, appointments, conversations and opportunities.

This makes it much easier to see who someone is, what they have asked about and what has happened with them so far.

Yes. Existing contacts can usually be imported into GenieAI using a CSV file.

Before importing, it is best to clean your list first so you are not bringing in duplicates, old contacts or incorrect information.

You should also make sure you have the correct permission to contact people, especially if you plan to send marketing emails or SMS messages.

Yes. You can segment contacts using things like tags, lists, smart lists, custom fields and pipeline stages.

This means you can organise people based on what they are interested in, where they came from, whether they are a lead or customer, what service they need or what stage they are at in your sales process.

Good segmentation makes your follow-up and marketing much more relevant.

Yes. GenieAI can help you track where leads have come from depending on how they enter the system.

For example, if someone submits a form, books an appointment or comes through a specific funnel page, that activity can be connected to their contact record.

This helps you understand which campaigns, pages and enquiry sources are creating the most interest.

Yes. You can add notes to contact records so you and your team can keep track of important details.

This is useful for things like call notes, customer preferences, previous issues, sales updates or anything else your team needs to remember.

Yes. GenieAI can be used to create tasks for you or your team.

Tasks can help remind you to call someone back, send a quote, follow up after an appointment or complete an internal action.

This is useful because it keeps customer follow-ups connected to the actual contact record.

The Omnichannel Inbox is where customer conversations can be managed from one place.

Instead of checking lots of different apps and inboxes, GenieAI can bring different communication channels into one conversations area.

This can include things like emails, SMS, website chat, social messages and other connected channels depending on what you have set up.

It helps you and your team respond faster and stay organised.

When conversations are in one place, it is easier to see what has already been said, who replied last and what needs actioning next.

This reduces the risk of missed messages or duplicated replies from different team members.

Yes. Team members can reply to customer conversations from inside GenieAI if they have the right access.

This helps keep customer communication visible and organised rather than hidden inside individual staff inboxes or personal phones.

Yes. GenieAI can help manage both new enquiries and replies, depending on how your account is set up.

For example, if someone fills in a form, they can be added as a contact and placed into a pipeline. If they reply to a message, that reply can show in the conversation thread so your team can respond.

For more advanced handling, workflows can be used to check whether someone already has an active opportunity and then either update the existing one or create a new one.

Yes. GenieAI has website chat options that can be added to your website or funnel pages.

This gives visitors a way to get in touch quickly and those messages can be managed from inside GenieAI.

Depending on the setup, chat can collect contact details and help turn website visitors into enquiries.

Yes. GenieAI allows you to send emails to contacts from inside the platform.

You can use email for one-to-one communication, campaigns, appointment reminders, nurture sequences, review requests and other follow-ups.

For best results, your email sending setup should be configured correctly before sending campaigns.

Yes. GenieAI can send SMS messages to contacts when SMS is enabled and correctly set up on the account.

SMS can be useful for appointment reminders, quick follow-ups, missed call responses, review requests and time-sensitive messages. To send SMS messages from GenieAI, you’ll first need to purchase a phone number inside your GenieAI account (costs detailed in 2.1)

This number is what your SMS messages are sent from and it also allows replies to come back into your GenieAI conversations area.

We have training that walks you through how phone numbers and SMS work. If your package includes setup support, our team can help get this started for you. Once your phone number is set up, you can use it for things like enquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, missed call replies and review requests.

Yes. This is one of the main benefits of GenieAI.

You can create workflows that automatically send emails, SMS messages, internal notifications, reminders or other actions when something happens.

For example, a new enquiry could trigger an instant thank-you message, create an opportunity, notify a team member and send follow-up messages over the next few days.

GenieAI can support email and SMS sending, but sending should always be done responsibly.

There may be usage-based charges, sending limits, compliance rules and deliverability considerations depending on the type of message and how your account is configured.

For marketing messages, it is important to only contact people who have given the right permission and to avoid sending large volumes without a proper sending strategy.

Email deliverability depends on several things, including your subdomain setup, sending reputation, email content, list quality and how engaged your audience is.

GenieAI can provide the tools to send email, but good deliverability also relies on using clean contact lists, avoiding spammy wording, warming up new sending domains where needed and sending relevant messages to people who expect to hear from you.

Yes. GenieAI can be used to send newsletters and email campaigns to your contacts.

Before doing this, your contacts should be properly organised and you should make sure you have permission to send them marketing emails.

It is also a good idea to segment your audience so the content is relevant.

Yes. You can create email templates inside GenieAI so you do not have to write the same message again and again.

Templates are useful for enquiries, quotes, appointment follow-ups, review requests, customer updates and regular campaigns.

Yes. Emails created in GenieAI can be designed to work well on mobile devices.

It is still worth testing your emails before sending them so you can check how they look on desktop and mobile.

GenieAI uses a subdomain setup for email sending. This means your emails are sent through a dedicated sending subdomain which helps protect your main domain and supports better email deliverability when set up correctly so your sending email address will look more like info@mail.yourcompany.com

We have training and guides that explain what subdomains are, why they are used and how the setup works. If your package includes setup support, our team can help you get this configured. Once your email subdomain is set up and verified, it is usually something you do once and then continue using.

It is not usually best to send large bulk emails immediately, especially when you are setting up a new email sending subdomain.

GenieAI uses a subdomain setup for email sending and this needs to be verified before sending. Once set up, you should send responsibly and build up sending activity properly to help protect deliverability.

Your email results will also depend on the quality of your list, whether people expect to hear from you, your email content and whether you have the correct permissions to contact them.

Automations are actions that happen automatically when something triggers them.

For example, when someone submits a form, GenieAI can automatically create a contact, send a thank-you email, notify your team and add the person to a sales pipeline.

This saves time and helps make sure important follow-ups do not get missed.

GenieAI can automate a wide range of everyday business tasks.

This can include lead capture, enquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, missed call replies, internal notifications, review requests, quote reminders, customer nurture sequences, pipeline updates and task creation.

The best automations are usually simple, clear and built around your real customer journey.

Yes. GenieAI can help you respond to leads quickly by sending automated messages as soon as someone enquires, books or takes a specific action.

Speed matters because customers are much more likely to respond when they hear from you quickly.

A simple instant reply plus a clear follow-up process can make a big difference.

Yes. You can use tasks and internal notifications to remind yourself or your team to take action.

For example, if someone requests a quote, GenieAI can notify the assigned user and remind them to follow up if the opportunity has not moved forward.

Yes. Automations can use contact details and custom fields to personalise messages.

For example, you can include the customer’s name, service interest, appointment time or other information collected through forms.

This helps automated messages feel more relevant and less generic.

Yes, GenieAI can support more advanced workflows, but it is usually best to start simple.

Complex workflows need clear planning and testing because too many conditions or branches can make things harder to manage.

For more advanced builds, our Implementation team may be the better route so the setup is built properly from the start, costs for this service are detailed in 2.1.

Yes. GenieAI includes calendar booking tools so customers can book appointments, calls, consultations or other time slots.

You can connect forms and landing pages to calendars so people can enquire and book at the right point in their journey.

Yes. You can set your calendar availability so customers only book times that work for you or your team.

You can also connect staff members to calendars depending on how your business is structured.

Yes. GenieAI can send automated appointment reminders by email and SMS depending on your setup.

This can help reduce no-shows and make the booking process feel more professional.

Yes. A booking can be used to create or update an opportunity in your sales pipeline.

For example, if someone books a call, GenieAI can move them to a stage such as Call Booked so you can clearly see where they are in the process.

Yes. You can create different calendars for different services, team members or appointment types.

That said, for a simple setup, many businesses start with one main booking calendar and expand later if needed.

A pipeline is a visual way of tracking where leads or customers are in your process.

For example, a sales pipeline might include stages like New Enquiry, Contacted, Call Booked, Quote Sent, Won and Lost.

This helps you see what needs attention and where your opportunities are sitting.

Pipelines help you stop leads from slipping through the cracks.

Instead of trying to remember who needs a quote, who needs a call and who has already booked, you can see everything in one place.

This makes it easier to manage follow-ups and understand how many potential customers are in each stage.

Yes. Pipelines can be customised to match your business process.

You can create stages that make sense for your customer journey and use those stages to trigger reminders, automations and reporting.

Yes. Many businesses use more than one pipeline.

For example, you might have one pipeline for sales enquiries and another for jobs or service delivery.

This can help separate new leads from active customers or completed work.

Yes. Workflows can move opportunities between pipeline stages based on certain actions.

For example, when someone books an appointment, their opportunity can move to Call Booked. When a job is completed, it can move to Completed and trigger a review request reminder.

Yes. GenieAI allows you to create forms that collect the information you need from potential customers, leads or existing clients.

For example, you could have a general enquiry form on your website asking for someone’s name, email, phone number, service they are interested in and a short message. You could also create more specific forms for things like quote requests, event registrations, consultation requests, booking enquiries, customer feedback or lead magnet downloads.

The benefit of using forms inside GenieAI is that the information does not just sit in an inbox. When someone fills in a form, their details can go straight into your GenieAI account so you can follow up quickly and keep everything organised.

Yes. When someone submits a GenieAI form, their details can be added into your account automatically as a contact.

This means you do not have to manually copy information from an enquiry email into a spreadsheet or CRM. The system can create or update the contact record for you and the form submission can also trigger other actions.

For example, if someone fills in a “Request a Quote” form, GenieAI can create the contact, add them to your sales pipeline, notify your team and send an automatic confirmation email or SMS to let the customer know you’ve received their enquiry.

This is one of the easiest ways to make sure new enquiries are not missed and that every lead starts in the right place.

Yes. GenieAI includes tools for building landing pages and funnels, which are useful when you want a page focused on one specific action.

For example, instead of sending people to your full website where they might get distracted, you could send them to a landing page for one offer, one service, one event or one campaign.

A landing page might be used to promote a free consultation, collect quote requests, advertise a limited-time offer, book appointments, download a guide or capture leads from an advert.

You can also connect landing pages to GenieAI forms, calendars and automations so when someone takes action on the page, the follow-up can happen automatically.

Yes. Pages built in GenieAI can be customised so they look and feel like your business.

You can add your logo, brand colours, images, customer reviews, wording, buttons, forms and calls to action. This means you can create pages that feel familiar and trustworthy to your audience rather than sending them to something that looks generic.

For example, if you were running a campaign for a specific service, you could build a page with your branding, explain the offer, show testimonials, add a short form and include a button for people to book a call.

This makes the customer journey feel much more professional and keeps everything connected inside GenieAI.

Yes. You do not need to move your whole website to GenieAI if you already have one.

Many businesses keep their existing website and use GenieAI for the parts that help capture, organise and follow up with leads. For example, you could keep your current website but add GenieAI forms, calendar links, chat widgets, tracking or landing pages for specific campaigns.

This is useful if your current website already looks good or ranks well on Google, but you want a better system behind it to manage enquiries and follow-up.

So rather than replacing everything straight away, GenieAI can work alongside your existing website and help improve what happens after someone gets in touch.

Yes. GenieAI forms can usually be embedded onto your existing website, as long as your website platform allows forms or custom code to be added.

This means you can keep your current website but use GenieAI to collect and manage the enquiries that come through it.

For example, you could replace a basic contact form on your website with a GenieAI form. When someone submits it, their details can be added into GenieAI, your team can be notified and an automated follow-up can be sent.

This gives you a much better enquiry process than simply receiving a form submission by email and having to deal with everything manually.

Yes. You can embed videos on GenieAI pages and funnels.

This is useful if you want to explain your service, introduce your business, show testimonials, walk people through an offer or add a more personal touch to a landing page.

For example, you could have a short video at the top of a landing page explaining who the service is for and what happens next. You could then have a form or booking button underneath so visitors can take action straight away.

Videos can be a really helpful way to build trust quickly, especially when someone is deciding whether to enquire, book or buy.

Yes. There are a couple of ways your domain can work with GenieAI depending on whether your website is hosted inside GenieAI or kept elsewhere.

If your website is moved into GenieAI, this is currently for WordPress websites only. In that case, your main domain can be pointed to the website inside GenieAI so visitors can still go to your normal website address. If your package includes setup support, our team can help guide you through this.

If you want to keep your existing website outside of GenieAI, that is completely fine too. You can still use GenieAI for funnels and landing pages by using what is called a subdomain.

For example, your main website might be: www.yourcompany.com

And your GenieAI funnel could sit on something like: offer.yourcompany.com

This means you can keep your main website exactly where it is while still using GenieAI for campaign pages, offers, booking pages, enquiry forms and lead capture funnels. Once the domain or subdomain is connected, it can be used across the relevant pages inside GenieAI.

Yes. GenieAI includes website and funnel-building tools so you can create pages for your business without needing a separate website builder.

This could be used for a simple website, a service page, a campaign page, a booking page or a lead capture page. For example, a local service business could build a page that explains what they offer, shows customer reviews, includes a form and gives visitors the option to book a call.

GenieAI is especially useful for pages that are designed to get someone to take action. That might be submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment, claiming an offer, downloading a guide or requesting a quote.

The website builder is not just about having a nice-looking page. The real benefit is that the page can connect directly to your forms, calendars, contacts, pipelines and automations so the lead journey continues after someone takes action.

Yes. GenieAI can host pages, funnels and websites that are built inside the platform.

This means you can create your pages in GenieAI and connect them to your own domain so customers can visit them like they would any normal website.

For many businesses, this is useful because it keeps your website pages, lead capture forms, booking links and follow-up system all connected in one place. Instead of having your website on one platform, your forms somewhere else and your follow-up in another tool, GenieAI can bring more of that journey together.

If you already have a more complex website elsewhere, you may not need to move everything. You can still use GenieAI for specific landing pages, campaigns and enquiry journeys.

Yes. You can keep your existing website and still use GenieAI.

You do not have to move everything over if your current website is already working well for your business. Many businesses use GenieAI alongside their current website to improve what happens after someone gets in touch.

For example, you might keep your current website but add GenieAI forms, booking links, chat widgets or tracking. You could also create separate landing pages in GenieAI for adverts, offers or campaigns and link to them from your website, emails or social media.

This is a good option if your website already ranks well on Google or has a design you are happy with, but you want a better system behind the scenes for capturing leads, managing enquiries and following up.

GenieAI allows you to create as many funnels and pages as you want, so you can build different journeys for different services, offers or audiences.

For example, you might have one funnel for a free consultation, another for a seasonal offer, another for a lead magnet and another for a specific service you want to promote.

This is useful because not every customer should land on the same generic page. A focused funnel can speak directly to one problem or offer and guide the visitor towards one clear action.

You can also connect funnels to forms, calendars, automations and pipelines so when someone submits their details, the next step can happen automatically.

Yes. GenieAI includes access to a WordPress website, so you can either create a new WordPress site inside GenieAI or migrate an existing WordPress website into your account.

This can be useful if you want to bring more of your website, lead capture and follow-up activity into one place. For example, you could have your WordPress website hosted through GenieAI and then connect it with your forms, booking links, funnels, conversations and automations.

If you already have a WordPress website, you may also choose to keep it where it is and simply connect parts of GenieAI to it, such as forms, booking links, tracking or chat widgets. This means enquiries can still feed into your GenieAI account without needing to move the whole website.

One important thing to note is that while GenieAI gives you access to a WordPress website option, we do not provide support for general WordPress issues. This includes things like theme problems, plugin conflicts, website design issues, custom code, broken layouts or anything caused by third-party WordPress tools. Those would need to be handled by your website developer or whoever manages your WordPress site.

So you can use WordPress with GenieAI, but the best route depends on whether you want to build a new WordPress site, migrate an existing one or simply connect your current website to GenieAI.

Most website platforms can work with GenieAI in some way, especially if they allow you to add links, embed forms, add tracking code or update domain settings.

For example, if your website platform allows you to add custom forms or buttons, you may be able to link visitors through to a GenieAI form, calendar or landing page. If it allows custom code, you may be able to embed a GenieAI form or chat widget directly onto the page.

Some website platforms are more limited than others. If a platform does not allow custom code, embeds, scripts or DNS changes, it may restrict what can be connected.

In those cases, you may still be able to use GenieAI alongside the site by linking to GenieAI pages, forms or booking links instead of embedding them directly.

GenieAI includes a wide range of native integrations, which means many popular tools can be connected directly inside your GenieAI account without needing to build a custom connection from scratch.

These integrations are there to help bring more of your business activity into one place. So rather than checking one system for enquiries, another for messages, another for bookings, another for payments and another for customer details, GenieAI can help you pull more of that activity into your CRM, conversations, pipelines, workflows and follow-up process.

Native integrations currently include tools across areas such as calendars, social media, messaging, payments, accounting, ecommerce, project management, forms, AI and more.

For calendar, Google and contact management, GenieAI can connect with:

  • Google Calendar
  • Google
  • Google Contacts
  • Cal.com

These can help with things like calendar bookings, contact syncing and connecting your wider Google tools depending on what you need.

For social media, lead capture and messaging, GenieAI can connect with:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok Messaging
  • TikTok Lead Ads
  • WhatsApp
  • Google Lead Ads
  • Google Business Profile

This is useful if you get leads or messages through social media, paid ads or Google and want those enquiries to feed into your GenieAI account so they can be managed, tracked and followed up properly.

For payments and finance, GenieAI can connect with:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Authorize.Net
  • NMI
  • Square
  • Adyen
  • Xero
  • QuickBooks
  • Wave

This can help with taking payments, managing payment providers and connecting finance tools where available. It is especially useful if you want your sales process, customer records and payment activity to work more closely together.

For ecommerce, fulfilment and online selling, GenieAI can connect with:

  • WooCommerce
  • Shopify
  • Printful
  • Printify
  • Shippo
  • ShipStation

These integrations can help businesses that sell products online by connecting order, customer or fulfilment activity with GenieAI where supported.

For forms, design and productivity tools, GenieAI can connect with:

  • Typeform
  • Google Forms
  • Canva
  • Slack
  • Fathom

These can help with collecting responses, creating content, sending notifications, capturing meeting information and keeping your team more organised.

For project management and business tools, GenieAI can connect with:

  • ClickUp
  • Notion
  • Airtable
  • Basecamp
  • Asana
  • Monday.com
  • Linear
  • Clio
  • HubSpot

These are useful if your business already uses other tools for projects, tasks, documents, records or customer management and you want to connect more of that activity with GenieAI.

For AI and automation-related tools, GenieAI can connect with:

  • OpenRouter
  • Manus
  • Apify
  • Mistral AI

These integrations support more advanced AI, automation or data-led workflows depending on what you are trying to achieve.

New integrations are also added over time, so the list can grow as GenieAI continues to develop.

If you want to connect GenieAI with a platform that is not available as a native integration, there may still be options using third-party connector tools such as Zapier or Make. These tools can pass information between different systems, but they are separate services and may require their own subscription, setup and ongoing management outside of GenieAI.

You are welcome to use third-party connector tools if they suit your business, but our team is not able to build, manage or troubleshoot those third-party connections for you. For the smoothest setup, we recommend using the native integrations available inside GenieAI wherever possible.

A native integration means the connection is available directly inside GenieAI.

This means you can usually connect the tool from within your GenieAI account without needing to build a custom connection yourself. For example, tools like Google Calendar, Facebook, WhatsApp, Xero, Shopify, WooCommerce, Slack, Canva and others are available inside the integrations area.

Native integrations are usually the easiest and cleanest option because they are already built into the platform.

Yes. If you want to connect another platform to GenieAI, you’ll usually need an active account with that platform first.

For example, if you want to connect Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Xero, QuickBooks, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp or Google Business Profile, you’ll need access to the relevant account so you can authorise the connection.

You may also need the right admin permissions on that account. This is especially important for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp and payment providers because they often require account owner or admin access to approve the connection.

Yes. GenieAI can connect with lead sources such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok Lead Ads, Google Lead Ads, Google Business Profile and forms platforms like Typeform and Google Forms.

This means leads from those platforms can be brought into GenieAI where they can be stored as contacts, tracked in pipelines and followed up through conversations or workflows.

For example, if someone submits a lead form through a Facebook ad or TikTok ad, that lead can be sent into GenieAI so your team can respond faster and manage the enquiry properly.

Possibly. If a platform is not available as a native integration, there may still be options using third-party connector tools such as Zapier or Make.

These tools can sometimes pass information between different systems, such as creating a contact in GenieAI when something happens in another platform.

However, Zapier and Make are separate third-party services. They may require their own subscriptions and need to be set up and managed outside of GenieAI.

No. Our team can help with GenieAI and the native integrations available inside your account where this is included in your package, but we are not able to build, manage or troubleshoot third-party connector setups such as Zapier or Make.

You are welcome to use those tools if they suit your business, but they would need to be managed by you or by someone who supports that specific third-party setup.

Some integrations work straight away once connected, but others may need extra setup.

For example, connecting an account may be the first step, but you may still need to choose settings, map fields, select pages, approve permissions, create workflows or decide what should happen when data comes into GenieAI.

This is why it is important to test integrations after connecting them so you can make sure information is coming through as expected.

Yes. GenieAI can help you ask customers for reviews at the right point in their journey, which makes it easier to build trust and improve your online reputation.

For example, if a customer has just completed a job, attended an appointment, bought from you or had a good experience with your business, you can send them a review request directly from GenieAI.

This is useful because most happy customers will not leave a review unless they are prompted. GenieAI helps make that process easier by giving you a clear way to ask for reviews without having to remember to do it manually every time.

You can use review requests as part of your normal customer journey, so instead of reviews being something you only ask for now and again, they become a consistent part of how your business follows up with customers.

Yes. Review requests can be added into your workflows so they happen automatically or as part of a controlled follow-up process.

For example, when a job is moved to a completed stage in your pipeline, GenieAI could remind the assigned team member to send a review request. This gives you a chance to check the customer is happy before asking for a review.

Alternatively, depending on how you want your process to work, you may choose to send review requests automatically after a certain action happens, such as an appointment being completed, a purchase being made or a customer reaching a certain stage.

This is helpful because it makes review collection more consistent. Rather than relying on someone remembering to ask every time, GenieAI can help build it into your normal process.

Yes. You can add your review link into GenieAI so customers are sent to the right place when they are asked to leave a review.

For example, if you want customers to leave a Google review, you can use your Google review link in your review request message. When the customer clicks the link, they are taken directly to the place where they can leave their review.

This keeps the process simple for the customer. The easier it is for someone to leave a review, the more likely they are to do it.

You can also use review links in emails, SMS messages, workflows and templates depending on how your account is set up.

Yes. GenieAI can help you manage review activity and respond to reviews more easily depending on your setup.

For example, if your Google Business Profile is connected, you can manage review activity from inside GenieAI and use AI-supported review replies to help draft responses.

This can save time and help you reply more consistently, especially if your business receives regular reviews.

It is still important to check replies before sending them so they sound right for your business and match the customer’s review properly. A good review reply should feel personal, natural and relevant rather than copied and pasted.

Yes. GenieAI can help you keep better track of reviews so you can respond quickly and professionally when a negative review comes in.

A negative review is never ideal, but replying properly can still help protect your reputation. It shows potential customers that you care, that you are responsive and that you are willing to deal with problems properly.

For example, you could respond by thanking the person for their feedback, acknowledging their concern and inviting them to contact you directly so you can look into it.

GenieAI can help make this easier by keeping review management closer to your customer communication process.

Yes. Review requests can be sent by email or SMS depending on how your account is set up.

SMS can work well because it is quick and easy for customers to open on their phone. Email can also work well if you want to include a more detailed message or keep the request as part of a wider customer follow-up journey.

For example, after a completed appointment, you could send a short message thanking the customer and asking them to leave a review using your review link.

You should only send messages to customers where you have the right permission and where the message is relevant to their experience with your business.

Yes. You can decide where review requests fit into your customer journey.

For example, you may want to ask for a review after a job is marked as completed, after an invoice is paid, after an appointment is finished or after a team member confirms the customer is happy.

This is useful because timing matters. Asking too early can feel awkward, but asking shortly after a positive customer experience can make it much more likely that someone leaves a review.

Yes. GenieAI can be used to notify your team when it is time to ask a customer for a review.

For example, when an opportunity is moved to a completed stage, the assigned user could receive an internal reminder to check whether the customer is happy and then send a review request.

This is a good option if you do not want review requests to go out fully automatically. It gives your team more control while still making sure review requests do not get forgotten.

Reviews help build trust before someone even speaks to you.

When potential customers are deciding whether to enquire, book or buy, they will often look at what other people have said about your business. Good reviews can help reassure them that you are reliable, professional and worth contacting.

GenieAI helps by making review requests easier to send and easier to manage, so collecting reviews becomes part of your normal process rather than something you only remember to do occasionally.

Yes. GenieAI includes reporting and dashboard areas that can help you understand what is happening across your account.

This can include things like leads, opportunities, appointments, conversations, campaign activity, funnel performance and sales activity depending on what you have set up and which tools you are using inside GenieAI.

For example, if you are using forms, calendars, pipelines and campaigns, you can start to see how people are entering your system, what stage they are at and where follow-up might be needed.

This is useful because it gives you a clearer view of your business activity rather than relying on guesswork, spreadsheets or trying to remember what has happened with each lead.

Yes. GenieAI can help you view performance for your marketing activity, including email campaigns and other connected campaign activity depending on how your account is set up.

For example, if you send an email campaign, you can review key information such as how the campaign has performed and how people have interacted with it.

This helps you understand whether your marketing is getting attention and whether people are taking the actions you want them to take.

It is also useful for improving future campaigns. If something performs well, you can learn from it and use a similar approach again. If something does not perform as expected, you can adjust your subject line, wording, audience, offer or follow-up.

Yes. GenieAI includes pipelines and opportunities so you can track where each lead or potential customer is in your sales process.

For example, you might have stages such as New Enquiry, Contacted, Call Booked, Quote Sent, Won and Lost. This gives you a clear visual view of who needs attention and what stage they are at.

This is helpful because leads can easily get missed when they only live in an inbox or spreadsheet. With a pipeline, you can see your sales process more clearly and make sure the right follow-up happens at the right time.

You can also use pipelines alongside automations. For example, when someone submits an enquiry form, GenieAI can create an opportunity in the correct stage so your team knows it needs actioning.

Yes. GenieAI can help you spot which leads need action by using conversations, tasks, opportunities, pipeline stages and notifications.

For example, you may be able to see which leads are sitting in a New Enquiry stage, which customers have replied to a message, which appointments are coming up or which tasks are overdue.

This makes it much easier to stay on top of your follow-up. Instead of trying to remember who you need to call back or which quote needs chasing, GenieAI helps keep that information organised.

A well-set-up account should make it easier for you and your team to see what is new, what is waiting and what needs a response.

Yes. GenieAI can help you understand where leads are coming from depending on how they enter the system.

For example, if someone submits a GenieAI form, books through a GenieAI calendar, comes through a funnel page or is captured through a connected ad platform, that activity can help show how the lead entered your account.

This is useful because it helps you understand which marketing activity is generating interest. If a particular landing page, advert, form or campaign is bringing in good leads, you can make better decisions about where to focus your time and budget.

Yes. If you are using calendars inside GenieAI, you can track appointment and booking activity from within your account.

This can help you see who has booked, when appointments are happening and whether customers are moving through the right journey after booking.

For example, if someone books a consultation, GenieAI can show that appointment on the calendar and it can also be connected to follow-up actions such as confirmation messages, reminders or pipeline updates.

This makes bookings easier to manage and helps reduce the chance of missed appointments or missed follow-ups.

Yes. GenieAI can help you track activity on forms, funnels and landing pages depending on how they are set up.

For example, if you build a landing page for a specific offer, you can review how that page is performing and whether people are taking action by submitting a form or booking an appointment.

This is helpful because it shows whether your page is doing its job. If lots of people visit but very few enquire, you may need to improve the offer, wording, layout or call to action.

Yes. Google Analytics can be connected to GenieAI pages or funnels by adding the relevant tracking details.

This is useful if you want a wider view of how people are finding and using your pages, especially if you are running adverts or sending traffic from email, social media or other campaigns.

GenieAI can give you useful information inside your account, while Google Analytics can help provide extra website and traffic insights.

Yes. Your team can use reporting areas depending on their user permissions and what they have access to inside GenieAI.

This can be useful if different team members are responsible for sales, admin, appointments, customer replies or marketing activity.

For example, a sales team member may use pipelines to see which leads need chasing, while an admin team member may use calendars and conversations to keep appointments and replies organised.

You can add team members to your GenieAI account so they can help manage enquiries, conversations, bookings, tasks, contacts and other day-to-day activity.

This is useful if you have more than one person dealing with customers, sales, admin, marketing or appointments. Instead of everything sitting with one person, your team can work from the same system and have better visibility over what is happening.

The number of users available to you is 10, if you need more than this please contact our team.

Yes. You can add staff members, admin support or a virtual assistant to your GenieAI account if they need access to help you manage the system.

For example, your virtual assistant might help reply to messages, organise contacts, check enquiries, manage bookings, update opportunities or send follow-ups.

This is especially useful if you want support with the admin side of your customer journey without giving someone access to personal inboxes, spreadsheets or lots of separate tools.

Yes. GenieAI allows you to control what team members can access, so different users can have different permissions depending on their role.

For example, you may want one person to manage conversations and appointments, another person to look after sales opportunities and another person to help with marketing emails or campaigns.

This means you do not have to give every team member access to every part of the account. It helps keep your account more secure and makes sure people only access the areas they actually need.

Each staff member should have their own login.

This is much better for security and accountability. If everyone shares one login, it becomes difficult to see who made changes, who replied to a customer or who completed an action.

Individual logins also make it easier to remove access if someone leaves the business, changes role or no longer needs to use GenieAI.

Yes. Different team members can use GenieAI in different ways depending on their role in your business.

For example, a receptionist or admin assistant might use conversations, calendars and tasks. A salesperson might use contacts, pipelines and follow-ups. A marketing person might use emails, campaigns, funnels and forms.

This means GenieAI can support the whole customer journey rather than only being used by one person.

Yes. GenieAI can help you assign leads, opportunities, tasks and follow-up actions to specific team members.

For example, if a new enquiry comes in, it can be assigned to the right person so they know it is their responsibility to follow up. You can also create tasks to remind team members to call someone back, send a quote or check in with a customer.

This helps stop leads being missed and makes it clearer who is responsible for what.

Yes, if they have the correct access, your team can view and reply to customer conversations from inside GenieAI.

This is helpful because customer communication is kept in one place. If one team member is off or unavailable, someone else can still see the conversation history and understand what has already been said.

It also makes it easier to keep replies consistent and avoid customers having to repeat themselves.

If you run two different businesses, it is usually best to keep them separate unless they are closely connected.

Each business may have its own contacts, branding, website, domain, phone number, email setup, forms, automations, pipelines and reporting. Keeping everything in one account can get messy if the businesses are separate brands with different customers.

For a clean setup, we would usually recommend having separate GenieAI accounts for separate businesses.

Yes. If you have more than one business or brand, you may be able to have more than one GenieAI account.

This is usually the better option if each business has its own customers, team, website, phone number, email sending setup or sales process.

Having separate accounts helps keep your data, reporting, automations and customer journeys clean and organised.

Yes. GenieAI can be accessed through the mobile app, which means you can manage key parts of your business while you are away from your desk.

This is especially useful if you are often out on jobs, travelling between appointments, working from different locations or simply want to keep an eye on new enquiries without needing to log in from a computer every time.

The mobile app is designed to help you stay connected to your contacts, conversations, appointments and follow-ups so you can respond quickly and keep things moving even when you are not sat at your desk.

For example, if a new lead replies to a message while you are out, you can check the conversation and respond from your phone rather than waiting until you are back at your laptop.

The mobile app lets you manage a number of everyday actions from your phone, depending on your account setup and user permissions.

You can use it to view contacts, check customer conversations, reply to messages, view appointments, manage tasks and keep track of leads or opportunities while you are on the move.

For example, if you are a tradesperson between jobs, a clinic owner between appointments or a business owner out at meetings, you can still check who has contacted you, see what needs actioning and respond to customers without needing to open the desktop version.

It is not always where you would build more complex items like full workflows, funnels or larger campaigns, but it is really useful for staying on top of day-to-day customer activity.

Yes. If your account is set up correctly and you have the right permissions, you can reply to customer conversations from the mobile app.

This can include conversations that come through channels connected to GenieAI, such as email, SMS, website chat or other connected messaging options depending on your setup.

For example, if a customer replies to an appointment reminder, asks a quick question or responds to a quote follow-up, you can see the conversation and reply from your phone.

This helps you respond faster and keeps the conversation history inside GenieAI rather than having messages scattered across personal phones, inboxes or social media apps.

Yes. If you are using GenieAI calendars, the mobile app can help you keep track of your appointments and bookings while you are on the go.

This is useful if your business relies on calls, consultations, site visits, classes, treatments or service appointments.

For example, you can check what bookings are coming up, view customer details before an appointment and keep your day more organised without needing to log into the desktop version every time.

Depending on your setup, mobile payment options may be available through GenieAI.

This can be useful if you take payments in person, need to request payment quickly or want to collect money while you are away from your desk.

For example, if you are with a customer and need to take a payment, deposit or balance payment, mobile payment options can make that process quicker and easier.

The exact options available can depend on your payment provider, account setup and the payment features you have enabled.

Yes. Team members can use the mobile app if they have their own GenieAI login and the correct permissions.

This is useful if your team needs to manage appointments, reply to customers, check tasks or keep up with leads while they are away from a computer.

Each team member should use their own login rather than sharing one account. This keeps things more secure and makes it easier to see who has replied to customers or completed actions.

The mobile app is useful because business does not only happen when you are sat at a desk.

Customers may reply while you are out, new enquiries may come in during the day and team members may need to check details while they are away from a computer.

The mobile app helps you stay connected to the parts of GenieAI you are likely to need quickly, such as conversations, contacts, appointments, tasks and follow-ups.

This makes it easier to respond faster, stay organised and keep your customer journey moving even when you are on the go.

Yes. GenieAI includes a range of AI-powered features that can help you work faster, create content, manage conversations, build assets and support parts of your customer journey.

AI can help with things like writing emails, creating content, building pages, planning workflows, supporting customer replies, handling conversations, creating voice-based experiences and helping you get more done without starting from scratch every time.

GenieAI includes AI features such as Agent Studio, Ask AI, Funnel and Website Builder AI, Workflow AI, Voice AI, Conversation AI and Content AI. Each tool is designed to help with a different part of your business, whether that is building, writing, replying, automating or supporting customers.

AI features do have usage costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. There is also an Unlimited AI option available for $99 per month, which allows you to use AI much more freely without worrying about individual AI usage adding up in the same way.

AI should be seen as a helpful assistant rather than something that replaces your own judgement completely. It works best when you give it clear instructions and then review the output before using it with customers.

AI can help with a wide range of everyday business tasks inside GenieAI.

For example, Content AI can help you write emails, social posts, campaign ideas, customer replies, review responses and other written content. Ask AI can help you ask questions, get support, create ideas and work through tasks faster inside the platform.

Funnel and Website Builder AI can help create page content and structure, which is useful if you want to build a landing page, sales page or website section but are not sure where to start. Workflow AI can help you with automation ideas and workflow creation, so you can build smarter customer journeys with less guesswork.

AI features do have usage costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. If you plan to use AI regularly across content, workflows, pages, conversations and customer support, the Unlimited AI option at $99 per month may be a better fit because it allows much heavier AI usage.

Yes. Depending on the AI feature you are using, GenieAI can help you create or suggest things such as content, emails, workflows, funnels, website pages, customer journeys and other assets.

For example, Funnel and Website Builder AI can help you create page layouts and wording for landing pages or websites. Workflow AI can help suggest or build automation steps based on what you are trying to achieve. Ask AI can help guide you through tasks and Agent Studio can be used to create AI agents for more specific use cases.

This can be really useful if you are not sure where to start. Instead of building everything from a blank page, AI can help create a first version that you can then review, edit, test and improve.

AI features do have usage costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. There is also an Unlimited AI option available for $99 per month if you want to use AI more heavily across your account.

For anything important such as customer-facing messages, automations, sales journeys or payment-related workflows, you should always check the setup properly before relying on it. AI can speed things up, but you still need to make sure the final version is accurate and works the way your business needs it to.

Yes. GenieAI includes AI tools that can help with customer replies and conversations.

Conversation AI can help support customer messages, while Content AI and Ask AI can help draft replies, improve wording and give your team a faster starting point when responding to customers.

For example, if a customer asks a common question, AI can help suggest a response so your team does not have to write everything from scratch. This can help you reply faster and keep your communication more consistent.

AI features do have usage costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. If you plan to use AI regularly for customer conversations, replies or support activity, the Unlimited AI option at $99 per month may be worth considering.

It is still important to review replies before sending them, especially if the customer has asked something specific, sensitive or unusual. AI works best when it supports your team rather than replacing them completely.

Yes. GenieAI can help with review replies depending on your setup.

For example, if your Google Business Profile is connected, AI can help suggest review responses so you are not writing every reply from scratch.

This is useful because replying to reviews is an important part of reputation management, but it can be easy to forget or put off. AI can help you respond more consistently while still giving you the chance to check the reply before it is posted.

AI features do have usage costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. If you are planning to use AI regularly for reviews, content, conversations and other tasks, there is also an Unlimited AI option available for $99 per month.

You should always make sure the response sounds natural and matches the customer’s review. A reply to a detailed review should not feel generic, especially if the customer has taken the time to mention specific parts of their experience.

Yes. Content AI can help you create marketing content ideas and first drafts.

For example, you could use it to help write email campaigns, social media posts, landing page wording, offer descriptions, follow-up messages, review replies or content ideas for your audience.

This is especially helpful if you know you need to market your business but struggle with what to say. AI can give you a starting point and help you turn rough ideas into clearer messages.

Funnel and Website Builder AI can also help with page wording and structure, while Ask AI can support you with ideas, prompts and planning.

AI features do have usage costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. If you plan to use AI often for content creation, the Unlimited AI option at $99 per month can be a useful way to get more from the tools.

You should still check the final content to make sure it is accurate, matches your offer and sounds like your business.

Yes. Workflow AI can help with automation ideas and workflow creation inside GenieAI.

For example, you might use it to help plan a new enquiry follow-up, missed call response, appointment reminder journey, quote follow-up, review request process or customer nurture sequence.

This can be useful because automations can feel a bit overwhelming when you are starting from scratch. AI can help suggest what steps should happen and how the journey could be structured.

Ask AI can also help you think through what you want the automation to do before you build it.

AI features do have usage costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. If you are planning to use AI heavily for workflows, content, pages and customer communication, the Unlimited AI option at $99 per month may be a better fit.

For more advanced builds, such as complex automations, integrations or custom customer journeys, it is worth using our Implementation service if you want help getting it set up properly.

Yes. GenieAI includes Voice AI, which can help create voice-based customer experiences depending on how your account is set up.

For example, Voice AI may be used to help answer calls, ask simple questions, collect information or support specific call journeys.

This can be useful for businesses that want to manage calls more efficiently or provide a more automated front-end experience.

Voice AI should be planned carefully and tested properly before being used with customers. It works best for clear and simple journeys rather than complicated conversations with lots of possible outcomes.

Voice AI has usage costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. If you are planning to use AI more widely across the platform, the Unlimited AI option at $99 per month may also be worth looking at.

Agent Studio is an AI feature that allows you to create AI agents for specific tasks or use cases inside GenieAI.

An AI agent can be set up to help with a particular job, such as supporting customers, answering common questions, helping with processes or guiding users through certain tasks.

This is useful if you want AI to do more than just write content. Instead, you can create a more focused AI assistant that is designed around a specific purpose.

Agent Studio is part of GenieAI’s wider AI toolkit and usage costs apply. These costs can be seen in section 2.1, with an Unlimited AI option available for $99 per month if you want to use AI more heavily.

Ask AI is a feature that allows you to ask for help, ideas or support inside GenieAI.

For example, you could use Ask AI to help understand how to approach a task, create content, plan a workflow, write messages, improve wording or generate ideas for your business.

It is useful because it gives you a quicker way to get help while you are working, rather than having to start from scratch or search around for what to do next.

Ask AI usage has costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. There is also an Unlimited AI option available for $99 per month if you plan to use AI regularly.

Ask AI can help you work faster across many areas of GenieAI by helping you create, update, manage and organise things inside your account.

It can support tasks across areas such as contacts, opportunities, calendars, conversations, email templates, invoices, products, blog posts, funnels, social planner, users, custom fields, trigger links, knowledge base, business records, brand boards, custom menus, media library, payments, documents and proposals, custom objects, store and shipping settings, Voice AI agents, Conversation AI agents, snapshots and image generation.

For example, you could use Ask AI to help find or update a contact, create a task, send a message, manage an appointment, create a template, draft a blog post, organise a funnel, schedule social content, manage payment settings or generate images for your marketing.

Ask AI can do a lot, but it should still be reviewed before you rely on anything customer-facing or business-critical, Ask AI is only available with the Unlimited AI option available for $99 per month.

No. AI is useful, but it is not perfect.

It can sometimes misunderstand context, make assumptions or give you wording that needs editing. That is why it is important to review anything it creates before using it with customers.

Think of AI as a tool that helps you move faster. It can save time, give ideas and help with first drafts, but your business knowledge and final checks still matter.

AI features do have usage costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. If you are going to use AI regularly across content, workflows, pages, conversations and other tools, there is an Unlimited AI option available for $99 per month.

No. AI is there to support your team, not replace them.

It can help with repetitive tasks, writing support, ideas, conversations, content, workflows and simple assistance, but your team still plays the important role of understanding customers, checking details, making decisions and adding the human touch.

Used well, AI can help your team spend less time staring at a blank page or doing repetitive admin and more time focusing on the parts of the business that need real human judgement.

AI features do have usage costs, which can be seen in section 2.1. If your team plans to use AI often, the Unlimited AI option at $99 per month may be the better route so you can get more value from the AI tools.

GenieAI gives you tools that can help you manage customer data in a more organised and GDPR-conscious way, but your business is still responsible for how you collect, store, use and contact people.

For example, GenieAI can help you keep customer information in one place, manage contacts, store communication history, use unsubscribe options, organise consent information and build follow-up processes that are easier to track.

However, GDPR compliance is not just about the software you use. It also depends on how your business uses the data, what permissions you have, what your privacy policy says and whether your team follows the right processes.

So GenieAI can support your data and marketing processes, but each business should still make sure it has the correct privacy policy, lawful basis, consent process and internal data handling procedures in place.

Yes, you can use GenieAI for marketing, but you need to make sure you have the correct permission or lawful basis before contacting people.

For example, if you are sending marketing emails or SMS messages, you need to make sure the people receiving them should be on that list and that your marketing follows UK GDPR and PECR rules. The ICO says PECR restricts unsolicited marketing by email, text, phone and other electronic messages, with stricter rules generally applying to individuals than companies.

GenieAI can help you send campaigns, segment contacts, manage lists and include unsubscribe options, but your business is responsible for making sure the contacts you upload or message are allowed to be contacted.

This is especially important if you are importing an existing list. Before uploading contacts for marketing, you should check where the data came from, whether people opted in and whether they would reasonably expect to hear from you.

In many cases, yes. The ICO says you must not send marketing emails or texts to individuals without specific consent, although there is a limited “soft opt-in” exception for your own previous customers in certain circumstances.

That means you should be careful about uploading old lists, bought lists or contacts who have not agreed to receive marketing from you.

For example, if someone fills in an enquiry form and clearly opts in to receive marketing updates, you may be able to send them relevant marketing messages. If someone only contacted you for one specific query and never agreed to receive marketing, you should be more careful.

GenieAI gives you the tools to send emails and SMS messages, but your business is responsible for making sure the people you message have been collected and contacted correctly.

Yes. GenieAI supports unsubscribe options for marketing communications.

This is important because people should have a clear way to opt out of marketing if they no longer want to hear from you. The ICO says that if someone opts out of direct marketing, you must stop using their information for the marketing purpose covered by that opt-out.

For example, if someone unsubscribes from your marketing emails, you should not keep sending them promotional emails through another campaign.

This helps protect your customers and your business, because it keeps your communication more respectful and reduces the risk of complaints.

Yes. GenieAI stores the customer data that you add, import or collect through your account.

This can include things like names, email addresses, phone numbers, form submissions, appointments, conversations, notes, tasks, opportunities and other information depending on how you use the system.

This is one of the main benefits of using a CRM because it keeps your customer information organised and easier to manage in one place.

However, you should only collect and store information that you actually need for your business. You should also make sure your privacy policy explains what information you collect, why you collect it and how it is used. The ICO says people have the right to be given clear and concise privacy information about what you do with their personal data.

Yes. If you collect customer information through forms, bookings, websites, funnels, chat widgets, email campaigns or any other method, you should have a privacy policy.

Your privacy policy should explain what data you collect, why you collect it, how you use it, how long you keep it, who you share it with and how people can contact you about their data.

For example, if someone fills in a form on your website, they should be able to understand what will happen with their information after they submit it.

GenieAI can help you collect and manage the data, but your business is responsible for having the correct privacy wording and making sure customers can access it where needed.

Yes. Under UK GDPR, individuals have rights over their personal data. This can include the right to access their personal data, the right to have inaccurate data corrected and the right to have data erased in certain circumstances.

For example, a customer may ask what information you hold about them, ask you to correct an old phone number or ask for their details to be deleted where the right applies.

Your business is responsible for handling those requests correctly. GenieAI can help you find and manage customer information more easily, but you should have your own internal process for dealing with data requests.

Yes. Individuals have the right to object to their personal data being used for direct marketing. The ICO explains that this right lets people stop or prevent their personal data being used for that purpose.

In practical terms, this means if someone tells you they do not want to receive marketing from your business, you should respect that and make sure they are no longer included in marketing campaigns.

GenieAI can help with list management and unsubscribe handling, but your business still needs to make sure your team follows the correct process.

Yes. You can import existing contacts into GenieAI, but you should check the quality and permission status of the list first.

For example, you should know where the contacts came from, whether they have agreed to be contacted, whether the data is still accurate and whether they should be included in marketing campaigns.

It is not a good idea to import a list just because you have it. Old, messy or poorly permissioned data can cause problems with deliverability, customer trust and compliance.

A cleaner list is usually better than a bigger list.

No. GenieAI gives you tools that can support better data management, marketing controls and customer communication, but no software can make a business compliant automatically.

Compliance depends on how you use the system.

For example, GenieAI may let you send an email campaign, but your business is responsible for making sure the people on that campaign should be contacted. GenieAI may let you build a form, but your business is responsible for making sure the form links to the right privacy information.

Think of GenieAI as the system that helps you manage the process, while your business remains responsible for the decisions, permissions and wording behind it.

Your business is responsible for the data you collect, upload and use inside your GenieAI account.

That means you should make sure your team understands how customer data should be handled, who should have access, what information should be stored and what should happen if someone asks to unsubscribe, correct their details or have their data deleted.

If you are unsure about your specific responsibilities, it is always best to get advice from a qualified GDPR or data protection professional because the right approach can depend on your business, your customers and how you use the data.

GenieAI could be a great fit if you want one place to manage your leads, customers, follow-ups, bookings, conversations, marketing and sales activity.

It is especially useful if you feel like your business is currently spread across too many different tools, inboxes, spreadsheets or manual processes. For example, if enquiries are coming in through your website, social media, phone calls, emails or ads and you do not have a clear system for tracking and following up with them, GenieAI can help bring that journey together.

GenieAI is designed for business owners who want to get more organised, respond faster, automate repetitive tasks and build a more consistent customer journey.

GenieAI is best suited to businesses that want to improve how they manage enquiries, customers and follow-up.

It works well for service-based businesses, local businesses, trades, clinics, coaches, consultants, agencies, ecommerce businesses, membership businesses and any business that wants a clearer way to manage leads and customer communication.

If your business relies on enquiries, appointments, quotes, follow-ups, reviews, campaigns or ongoing customer relationships, GenieAI can help you create a more structured process.

GenieAI may not be the right fit if you are looking for a completely hands-off system that runs your entire business for you with no input from you or your team.

It is a powerful platform, but it is still a self-managed system. You will need to learn how to use it, follow the training, keep your content up to date and make sure your setup reflects your actual business.

It also may not be the right fit if you do not want to use a CRM, do not want to follow up with leads, do not want to organise your customer journey or are only looking for one very specialist tool rather than an all-in-one business system.

No. You do not need to use every GenieAI feature straight away.

Most businesses get the best results by starting with the essentials first, such as contacts, conversations, forms, calendars, email setup, SMS setup if needed, pipelines and simple follow-up automations.

Once those foundations are working, you can then build out more features such as funnels, review requests, payments, integrations, AI tools, reporting and more advanced workflows.

GenieAI works best when you grow into it step by step rather than trying to set up everything at once.

GenieAI can help you improve the way your business captures leads, follows up, manages customer conversations, books appointments and tracks opportunities.

For example, it can help reduce missed enquiries, speed up responses, make follow-up more consistent, organise customer information and give your team a clearer view of what needs doing.

However, GenieAI cannot guarantee sales or results on its own. Your success will still depend on your offer, audience, marketing, customer service, follow-up and how consistently you use the system.

Before joining GenieAI, it is worth asking yourself:

  • Do I want a better way to manage leads and customers?
  • Am I willing to follow the training and learn the system?
  • Do I want to reduce manual follow-up and admin?
  • Do I need a clearer sales and customer journey?
  • Do I want my forms, bookings, messages, campaigns and pipelines in one place?
  • Am I ready to put the right content, permissions and processes behind the system?

If the answer is yes to most of these, GenieAI is likely to be a good fit for your business.

Think of GenieAI as the system that helps manage what happens after someone shows interest in your business.

Your marketing might get someone’s attention, your website or advert might generate the enquiry and GenieAI helps you capture that lead, store their details, follow up, manage the conversation, book the appointment, track the opportunity and continue the customer journey.

It is not just about having more software. It is about having a clearer system for turning interest into action.
